Art Department

The Bethlehem Art Program is based on the concept that art is a significant part of a student's life and an important segment of the high school structure. Art serves as a tool for building self-confidence through personal expression and communication. It enriches the present and future lives of those young people who experience it. In essence, it becomes a catalyst for preparing young professionals and/or appreciation of the arts through lifelong learning. Attention: Junior and Senior Art students!

The Portfolio Series is up and running for students that are thinking about submitting a portfolio for college admission. Several college representative will be at these sessions to advise students and review portfolios. Art portfolios can be submitted as part of the application process or simply as a supplement to your application. Art is MORE not LESS. Show off you hard work and talent by creating a digital portfolio. Mrs. Painter is available during the set portfolio sessions or by appointment in C111. Don’t miss this great opportunity!
