A letter from Principal Reagan

Dear Parents,
The month of March has been busy with our book fair, Luck of the Irish PTO raffle, Reading Mega-Minutes, parent-teacher conferences, a TALENTED lip synch, and a fabulous assembly on perseverance and the importance of reading every day.
We are also so proud of our Odyssey of the Mind team, Julia Buckle, Evelyn Coates, Lexi Hull, Grace McGrath and Emily Smith as they the NY State competition and are now off to World Competition in Michigan.
As many of you know, our motto here at Eagle is Soar to Success, Make a Difference. We use this motto daily to reinforce our key goals at Eagle: reaching academic success while also helping others around us. This year we worked on expanding our commitment to children by creating a mission statement reflecting the fundamental purpose of our school. It is our hope that our mission statement will provide motivation, direction and goals for our very important “business” of teaching children. We are honored to teach your children every day and realize the importance of the school-home connection.
