Bethlehem Central is looking for interested students who would like to be part of our Student Help-Desk. As a division of the BCSD Education Technology Services (BETS), the student’s job at the
help-desk will be to serve as a first line of support. The student help-desk will be crucial in
managing the litany of questions, concerns, and problems that our users experience on a daily
basis. In addition to manning the help-desk, the students will also be primarily responsible for
