Daycare/Babysitter Transportation Requests

All parents of k-8 students must submit a daycare/babysitter transportation request form every year. These requests must be to the transportation office by August 15, 2010.

Any request received after August 15 may not take affect until the third Monday of September. This means from the start of the 2010-11 school year until Monday September 20 students will be picked up and dropped off at their home bus stop location.

All parents of students who have an alternate address and wish to allow their child to go to/from this address must submit a letter no later than August 15, 2010 to the transportation department for approval. All alternate addresses for K-5 students must be within the student’s elementary zone of attendance.
