Filed in Archive by on April 27, 2017

Ten students, and one teacher, from Bethlehem Central High School were honored on Tuesday, April 25 by the Capital District YMCA for their exceptional service to the community. The group was treated to a breakfast at the Appel Inn in Altamont.

The event is hosted by the Bethlehem, Guilderland and Albany YMCAs. Seven Capital Region schools, including Bethlehem, participated in the awards ceremony. View additional photos from the awards breakfast here.

Teacher Mike Mitchell was one of only three area educators to be honored for his community service. Mitchell teaches Spanish at BCHS and is the faculty advisor for the Genders and Sexualities Alliance at the high school.

Congratulations to all!
