Accessing primary contact information in Aspen

**Please note: If your primary contact information is incorrect or needs to be updated, you must email the changes to District Registrar Melissa Haas at

In order to access your primary contact information, you must:

1. Log in to your account in Aspen

2. At the top left-hand side of the page, click on the “Family” tab. You will then need to click on the “Contacts” side tab on the left-hand side of the page. See below. If you have questions about your Aspen account, please contact the Aspen Help Desk at

3. You should then see a page with the contact information associated with your account. See below.

4. If you need to update any of this information, including address, email or phone, please email those changes to District Registrar Melissa Haas at T
