BC Friday Art Break
Every Friday, help us celebrate the work of a featured Bethlehem Central School District student artist. With the assistance of our Art Department, we will not only share a special piece of art, but we will also hear from the student-artists themselves about what inspires them and the techniques they use to make their work stand out.

What techniques and inspiration are you using in this work of art?
“I use vibrant and intense colors that are present in the changing colors of the leaves during fall. I wanted the viewer to identify with the season. This piece is part of a series, each of different seasons. They were based on a practice in Japan called Shinrin-Yoku, which means forest bathing. In other words, being in nature and taking in the atmosphere. This practice can reduce stress and provide energy.”
