Filed in Archive, BCHS by on September 24, 2020

If you are a high school student with an interest in science, two clubs are here for you, available online to students who are on a Hybrid schedule or who are learning from home.

  • Science Olympiad Club – Learn about science and technology with hands-on activities. Topics range from anatomy and physiology to circuitry to building planes and coding with calculators. Work through problems as a team while meeting new friends and winning big at competitions! Interested students should contact Mr. Mowry at or Justin Dong to join the Science Olympiad Google Classroom.
  • Science Bowl Club – Participate in Science Quiz Bowl, a Jeopardy-like quiz where you can meet new friends and compete in regional, national and online invitational tournaments. Topics include Earth science, chemistry, biology, physics, math, energy and National Labs. Interested students should email Mr. O’Reilly at for more information.
