BCHS students are making “A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE®”
18 Bethlehem Central High School students in grades 9 through 12 engaged in an Anti-Defamation League (ADL) Becoming an Ally training on Monday, January 29, where they participated in a full day workshop to develop skills to help respond to bullying behaviors.
The workshop allowed students to develop an understanding of name-calling and bullying behaviors, teaches them how to be an effective ally to targets of name-calling and bullying, and empowers them to address name-calling and bullying behaviors throughout the school.
The program was offered through ADL’s A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE® Institute which is a comprehensive anti-bullying and anti-cyberbullying initiative featuring school-wide programs, interactive workshops for students of all ages and rigorous professional development for educators, counselors and administrators.
Visit the ADL website for more information on A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE® Institute.
