District Fundraisers

The district recognizes that parent-support groups (such as PTA/PTO, BMA, etc.) or “booster” organizations, provide important support to our schools, and can be a valuable means of stimulating community interest in the educational and recreational opportunities available to our students. This District Fundraisers page is provided as a service to those groups to use for informational purposes only. For more information about the activities and organizations listed below, please use the contact information provided with each entry.

  • BC Soccer Club partners up with Study Buddies to offer SAT Prep Class starting April 13

The BCHS Booster Soccer Club is partnering up with Study Buddies to offer an SAT Prep Class at the Bethlehem Town Hall. 10% of proceeds will be donated to support the BCHS Booster Soccer Club. All are welcome to join. Register now. Classes start Saturday, April 13 and size is limited to 10 to ensure success. Classes will be held on Saturday’s from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. starting April 13 at the Bethlehem Town Hall.  Students are required to bring the following:

  • Cracking the SAT by The Princeton Review
  • 9 Practice Tests for the SAT by The Princeton Review
  • Graphing Calculator

  • BC Softball and Baseball Booster Clubs Youth Skills Clinic on Sunday, April 7

Baseball and Softball Youth Skills Clinic hosted by the BC Varsity Baseball and Softball Teams.  Sunday, April 7th from 2:00-4:00 p.m. at the BCHS Gym C. Given for boys and girls in grades 3-6.  Cost is $40.00.

  • Chris Porter Scholarship Fundraiser at Eagle on Thursday, April 4

Eagle Elementary School will host a Fundraiser for the Chris Porter Scholarship Endowment Fund on Thursday, April 4 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. The scholarship was established following the death of the beloved Eagle fifth-grade teacher in 2017. All are invited to share in a Family Fun Night that will feature:

Tickets for Elsmere PTA’s ongoing Hamilton Raffle are on sale just in time for the holidays! The winner will be randomly selected at Elsmere Community Day on June 8. The raffle winner will get two tickets to Hamilton at Proctors on Saturday, August 17, 2019 at 2:00pm. Seats are ORCH CTR LEFT row N.  Winner does not need to be present to win. Ticket prices are 1 raffle ticket for $10, or 3 for $20 and are available to anyone in the community. To order, please contact Erin Reilly at

  • Support BC athletics – BCAA Donor Drive Now Online

Starting this year, BCAA will no longer be mailing requests for donations to district families but, rather, are asking families to make donations online at our website ( BCAA relies entirely on the community’s generous support to fund its activities – there are no other fundraisers for BCAA – so we ask that you consider donating to the BCAA by visiting our website. 

Terms and Conditions

By checking the appropriate box on the District Fundraisers Submission Form, you are indicating you have read the following terms and conditions related to Bethlehem Central’s Fundraisers page:

  • Submissions for the page will only be accepted through the Web-based “District Fundraiser” form. No faxes, phone calls, hard copies or e-mails will be accepted. It is important that this process is streamlined so that all eligible parent-support groups or “booster” organizations who submit announcements can have them posted.
  • Announcements advertising fundraisers must be sponsored by a building or school club, a group or team and must be authorized by a building principal. These activities, events and programs  must be voluntary (per Board of Education Policy No. 5251.)
  • Those who submit fundraising information must provide a contact e-mail address or website to accompany their announcement.
  • Announcements advertising fundraisers must be associated with the school district or students, and as such, will be published only after the fundraiser has received the necessary approvals under district policy governing such fundraising activities (Board of Education Policy Nos. 1222 and 5251).
  • Organizations submitting a fundraiser announcement must indicate they have read the terms and the conditions.
