Empty Bowls fundraiser is Friday, Mar. 31

On Friday, March 31 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., the Bethlehem Central High School Students for Peace and Survival (SPAS) will host its annual soup fundraiser known as Empty Bowls. The BCHS group uses the event to raise money for hunger-related charities and awareness of the arts. Proceeds from this year’s event will support two local charities- Capital Roots and the South End Children’s Cafe.

BHCS Students for Peace and Survival Empty Bowls Fundraiser

  • 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the BCHS cafeteria
  • Tickets are $10 which gets you homemade soup and a handmade bowl. Quantities are limited so get there early.

And go ahead, make it a date night at BCHS. After the fundraiser, head to the auditorium to catch The Wizard of Oz presented by Stage 700. Tickets are $12 for adults and $6 for students, seniors, or military).
