Entering a ServiceNow Ticket

**Please note: you do not have to log in to ServiceNow, you will automatically have access through your account.

Step 1

On the ServiceNow page, go to the drop down menu on the top left corner of the page and select Bethlehem Central It Help Desk. You will then need to click the box in the middle of the page that says “Submit a Request or Report and Issue.” 

Step 2

A ticket will appear with some information already filled out. Please check that the “Room” number is correct. If it reads “Unkown” or the number is not correct, please fill out the line below that reads “Current Room-if different from what is listed above.” Select a ticket category from drop down menu, give a brief description of your issue or request, and then click submit in the bottom right corner of the ticket screen.
