
For Existing or Closed ServiceNow Tickets
**Please note: you do not have to log in to ServiceNow, you will automatically have access through your bethlehemschools.org account.
Step 1
On the ServiceNow page, go to the drop down menu on the top left corner of the page and select “Self Service.”
Step 2
Your existing tickets will be listed in the middle of the page. You can click on any open tickets and enter additional details.
