Fall athletes honored by Board of Education

On Wednesday, December 18, individual student-athletes and championship teams from the fall 2019 sports season were recognized by the Bethlehem Central Board of Education for their efforts. Superintendent Jody Monroe and Board President Holly Dellenbaugh presented each of the students with a special commemorative Eagle Pin. The group was also joined by Albany County Executive Dan McCoy, who was on hand to congratulate the Bethlehem athletes.

At the board meeting, BC Athletic Director Len Kies also announced the fall 2019 New York State Public High School Athletic Association (NYSPHSAA) Scholar-Athlete Teams. These are teams that participated in fall athletic programs, and whose members carried a grade average of 90% or above.
