Filed in BCHS by on August 2, 2017

Bethlehem Central High School will hold its annual orientation program for ninth grade students on Wednesday, September 6, 2017 from 12:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the high school.

Upon arrival at the high school on September 6, students will be directed to the auditorium where they will be seated according to their homeroom.  Homeroom numbers will be found on student schedules which will be posted on ASPEN in late August. Families will be notified when schedules are posted.

Students will meet the Principal, Assistant Principal, Hall Principals and tour the building with upperclassmen. The ninth graders will also be receiving their Chromebooks. Please watch for important information and Chromebook forms in mid-August.

Please refer to the transportation information which is posted on ASPEN for your designated bus stop. For the orientation program on September 6, students will need to be at their bus stop 4.5 hours later than the regularly scheduled time for pick up. For example, if you are scheduled for a 7:00 a.m. pick up, you should be at your bus stop at 11:30 am.

Students being transported to the high school for the orientation program by means other than district transportation should be dropped off in the front of the building.

REMINDER:  If you live one mile or less from the high school, you are not eligible for district transportation.

All students will be dismissed at 2:30 pm.  Those who rode a bus to the orientation program will return home on district transportation; students who walked or arrived via other means of transportation to the program will be dismissed at the same time.

We look forward to seeing you on Wednesday, September 6. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call the Assistant Principal’s Office at 439-4921 ext. 22919.
