Filed in Archive by on August 15, 2016

Bethlehem Central High School will hold its annual orientation program for ninth grade students on Tuesday, September 6, 2016 from 12 noon to 2 p.m. at the high school.

Upon arrival at the high school on Sept. 6, students will be directed to the auditorium where they will be seated according to their homerooms. Homeroom numbers can be found on student schedules which will be posted on ASPEN on August 25.  Students will meet the principal, assistant principal, hall principals, and tour the building with upperclassmen as their guides.

Please refer to the transportation information which is posted on ASPEN for your designated bus stop.  For the orientation program on September 6, students will need to be at their bus stop approximately 4.5 hours later than the regularly scheduled time for pick up.  For example, if you are scheduled for a 7:00 a.m. pick up, you should be at your bus stop at 11:30 am.

Students being transported to the high school for the orientation program by means other than district transportation should be dropped off in the front of the building.

REMINDER:  If a student lives one mile or less from the high school, he/she is not eligible for district transportation.

All orientation students will be dismissed at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 6. Those who rode a bus to the orientation program will return home on district transportation; students who walked or arrived via other means of transportation to the program will be dismissed at the same time.

We look forward to seeing our freshmen class on Tuesday, September 6, 2016.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call the Principal’s Office at 439-4921 ext. 22909.
