On Wednesday, April 10, Glenmont celebrated its first ever Character Breakfast where 19 students were honored for their kindness, respect, and responsibility.

School Counselor Joanne Honeywell and Social Worker Laura Hosford organized the event and asked teachers to nominate a student from each classroom. Glenmont students who display good character on a consistent basis throughout each quarter of the school year will be recognized with a special breakfast.

The breakfasts are modeled after the middle school’s Character Education program and serve as another element of the Response to Intervention for Behavior program being implemented at Glenmont this year.
