Glenmont Reads for Ronald McDonald House

Many thanks to all of the Glenmont students who participated in the Ronald McDonald House Read-A-Thon this year and helped raise close to $3600!

We were so proud of our students for all of the extra reading they did, and the Ronald McDonald House was grateful for the money raised to help support families by providing them with a place to stay while a child is in the hospital with a serious illness. 

The Ronald McDonald House had a special celebration this past Friday, May 19, to thank the schools that supported them. Katie in Mrs. Martin’s class and Maxwell in Mrs. Falco’s class were among the highest fundraisers at Glenmont, so they were each invited to represent the school.

Thank you again, Glenmont students and families, for choosing to be kind and help families in need!
