Bethlehem Central High School will hold its annual orientation program for ninth-grade students on Wednesday, September 4, 2019 from 12 noon to 2 p.m. at the high school. The first day of school for all students K-12 is Thursday, Sept. 5.

Upon arrival at the high school on September 4, students will be directed to Gym B. Student schedules will be posted on ASPEN Friday, August 23. Families will be notified when schedules are posted.

Students will meet the Principal, Assistant Principals and tour the building with upperclassmen. The ninth graders will also be receiving their Chromebooks. Please note: Students MUST present a copy of the District Technology User Agreement and Parent Permission Form, which must be signed by both student and a parent/guardian.  It is the “ticket” students will need to pick up the Chromebook.

Please refer to the transportation information which is posted on ASPEN for your designated bus stop. For the orientation program on September 4, students will need to be at their bus stop 4.5 hours later than the regularly scheduled time for pick up. For example, if you are scheduled for a 7:00 a.m. pick up, you should be at your bus stop at 11:30 a.m.

Students being transported to the high school for the orientation program by means other than district transportation should be dropped off in the front of the building.

REMINDER:  If you live one mile or less from the high school, you are not eligible for district transportation.

All students will be dismissed at 2 p.m. Those who rode a bus to the orientation program will return home on district transportation; students who walked or arrived via other means of transportation to the program will be dismissed at the same time.

We look forward to seeing you on Wednesday, September 4. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call Assistant Principal Heather Culnan at 439-4921 ext. 22907.
