Heavy traffic slowing access to Aspen Parent Portal

The school district is aware of problems with reaching the Aspen Parent Portal this afternoon. While the Technology Department anticipated web traffic to be heavy once room assignments and schedules became available, there was an expectation that any disruption in service would be minimal. This has not been the case and we offer our apologies to parents and students who are experiencing frustration in accessing Aspen. Please note that we are working with Follett to ensure this does not happen in the future and we extend our appreciation for your continued patience.
