How to make sure you receive a ballot

Residents of the Bethlehem Central School District who are on the list of qualified voters can expect to receive an absentee ballot in the mail on or before June 2, 2020.

If your name does not appear on the list above or your information is incorrect, here is what you can do to receive an absentee ballot:

Contact BCSD Voter Assistance before Monday, June 8 by email at voterinfo@bethlehemschools.org or by phone at 518-694-3949.In your email or phone message please include:

  • Full name
  • Address
  • City, State, Zip
  • Contact phone and/or email address

All qualified voters must be a U.S. citizen, at least 18 years of age and a resident of the district for at least 30 days.

For ballot requests that are received by 12 noon on Friday, June 5, these ballots will be mailed to voters.

Any requests received after Friday, June 5 at 12 noon will require you to pick up the ballot in person. These requests will be made by appointment only. These appointments will take place on Monday, June 8 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. To request an appointment for a ballot pick-up, please email voterinfo@bethlehemschools.org or call District Clerk Brittany Barrett at 518-439-7098. There will be strict safety measures in place for in-person ballot pick up on June 8.
