How to verify your Remote Learning Option status

Families who have filled out the Remote Learning Option form can verify their child’s status in Aspen. You should expect at least 1-2 business days between the time the request is submitted and the time it appears in Aspen. Here is where you will find this information:

  • Login to ASPEN using your credentials
  • Click on the FAMILY top tab

  •  Click on the LOGIN ID hyperlink for the appropriate student

  • Review the VIRTUAL LEARNING OPTION designation.

If you want to request the Remote Learning Option for your child, please use this form to notify the district of your choice. The form must be completed on or before August 15, 2020.

If you want to switch from the Remote Learning Option to in-person instruction, please email District Registrar Melissa Haas at mhaas@bethlehemschools.org.
