Be involved: No Place for Hate at MS, HS

Filed in Archive, BCHS, BCMS, District by on January 7, 2019

Did you know there are groups of students at both the middle school and the high school who are dedicated to making the school environment one that is welcoming and free from prejudice?

Their efforts have helped each school earn a “No Place for Hate” designation from the Anti-Defamation League (ADL). Meeting regularly throughout the school year, these students plan attention-grabbing events and projects designed to promote kindness, understanding and acceptance within the school community.

Club members want to expand their efforts and are encouraging classmates and friends to join the No Place for Hate movement. For students in grades 6-12 who are interested in building unity and respect in our schools, there are opportunities to be part of No Place for Hate.
