I am thrilled to be your new Committee on Special Education (CSE) Chair for the Bethlehem Central School District (BCSD). I bring with me to this role many years of special education experience as a CPSE Chair, 504 Plan Coordinator, teacher, counselor, and behavioral health specialist. As a parent of Elementary and Middle School aged children in Bethlehem, I place great value on the high standard of special education services held by our district. I am honored to be able to serve as the district’s new Elementary CSE chair.

As your CSE Chair…

You are cared about. I value your ideas, thoughts, and actions. I believe your family and child deserve a compassionate, knowledgeable, patient, and thoughtful person to help guide you through the CSE process. Your child has unique talents and strengths – and I can’t wait for you to share them with me. I will maintain regular communication with your child’s teachers and service providers. I look forward to meeting you, learning more about your child, and working with your committee.
