Dear Bethlehem Middle School Families,

It is with great pleasure that I write you this letter as the new CSE Chairperson for Bethlehem Middle School. I am honored to have the opportunity to work and support a school with such a rich tradition of education. I have spent the last 18 years working in various school settings as both a teacher and an administrator. My experience in teaching includes both special education and literacy. As an administrator, I have served as a director of curriculum and elementary principal. I am thrilled to now call Bethlehem my home and am eager to partner with you to meet the needs of your child(ren). Together we will ensure success and navigate through this crucial time.

Please know that along with the teachers, staff and administration, I will work closely to continue the legacy of success already established here by building strong relationships with students, community partners and most importantly you as the family members. I would like to focus on your child’s strengths and build on those strengths each and every day. I believe the implementation of curriculum and management systems happen with steady continuity that enhances the positive attributes of your child. With consistent communication and working closely together, we can increase the achievement in all areas of your child’s education.

During the course of the year, it is my hope that we will provide the very best opportunities to prepare your child for real-world scenarios, build confidence and knowledge, and master challenges that may be ahead of us. My goal is to make this a wonderful year! It is truly a privilege to be a part of a community where parents, teachers and students care for each other and strive to build positive relationships that support academic and social growth.

Please know that I am a phone call or an email away and I encourage you to reach out with any questions or concerns you may have. I look forward to meeting with you and supporting your family!

Warm regards,

Laura Rosa
