Letter from Principal Ksanznak, May 31

Filed in Hamagrael by on May 31, 2019

Dear Parents,

Congratulations to our Hamagrael Elementary School community as we were recently notified that for the fourth year in a row Hamagrael has won the Capital District Transportation Committee (CDTC) Bike to Work Day Challenge.  This is quite an accomplishment and one that our entire community should take pride in. Thanks to our PTA and coordinators Kristin Applebee and Maureen Cunningham and congratulations on a job well done!

Our final PTA meeting of the 2018-19 school year will be held on Thursday, June 6 beginning at 7 p.m. in the library.  Child care is provided for all of our PTA meetings. Our PTA truly does an incredible job and I truly am fortunate to work with you and the PTA to help make the Hamagrael years special ones for the children.  Thanks so much to our PTA Board for the countless hours they put into their work here at Hamagrael.

On Friday morning, June 7 we will recognize our bus drivers and attendants at a special breakfast program in our cafeteria at 9:10 a.m.  Thanks to Lori Bosworth and Emily Field for their efforts in organizing this event to thank our drivers and attendants for their work with the students here at Hamagrael.

Our annual Hamagrael Field Day is scheduled for Friday, June 14.  Below is a link for our coordinators Tanya Rhodes, Kathy O’Meara and Kori Jones requesting parent volunteers.  With your help we are able to make this one of the memorable events of the school year. Volunteers are greatly appreciated and the event wouldn’t be such a success without your help.
