Letter from Principal Ksanznak, June 9

Filed in Hamagrael by on June 9, 2017

Dear Parents,

The week of June 12 is the last full week of the 2016-17 school year.  The year has gone by quickly and for me in my role as a school principal it is great to see the progress the children have made both academically and socially.  You should be very proud of all of their accomplishments as you have also been a huge part of this as well.  I know the staff here at Hamagrael truly appreciate your support; it truly makes a difference.

On Monday June 12 our 5th graders will be heading to the Bethlehem Town Park to participate in the BCSD Survivor Day program which brings together 5th graders across the district to participate in a variety of games.

On Wednesday, June 14 we will be recognizing our bus drivers at a breakfast in our cafeteria beginning at 9:10am.  I will be asking the children to make sure to say an extra thank you on that day or to write a note of thanks to their driver.  Thanks to our coordinator Lori Bosworth for organizing this event for the drivers.

Our famous Hamagrael Field Day is all set for Friday, June 16.  This is an event that all of us look forward to each year as there are so many fun and creative events for all to participate in.  Thanks to our PTA and our coordinators Margaret Jones, Tanya Rhodes and Kathy Kiernan-O’Meara for all of their efforts in coordinating the day for us.  Thanks also to the many volunteers who have signed up to be here throughout the day to help us.

Have a wonderful weekend.

Sincerely,

Dave Ksanznak
