Letter from Principal Ksanznak, Oct. 13

Filed in Hamagrael by on October 13, 2017

Dear Parents,

Next week our 5th graders will be heading off the Camp Becket in Massachusetts for their Nature’s Classroom trip.  This is an opportunity for our 5th graders and our staff to participate in a variety of hands-on learning experiences outside the walls of the classroom.  The children always come back from the trip with plenty of stories to share about their experiences and the fun time they had.  I would like to also thank our dedicated Hamagrael Elementary staff who will be there for the program as well as I truly appreciate their dedication and support of our students.  Thanks to our staff who will be at Nature’s Classroom: Mrs. Micieli, Mrs. Falkenhainer, Mrs. Vail, Mrs. Pokabla, Mrs. Lanoue, Mrs. Canning and Mr. Waldenmaier.

On Thursday, October 19 we will have a PTA meeting beginning at 7 p.m. in the library.  We had a nice turnout for our September meeting and I am sure we will be discussing the many exciting upcoming events we have planned for our school community.

If you have any box tops to send in to us, please do so by Friday, October 27 as the program will be finished at the end of October.  Thanks to Julie Levin for all of her efforts coordinating this program for us.

Our after school enrichment program begins on Wednesday, October 18.  As always there are a nice variety of programs for the children.  Thanks to our coordinators Kori Jones and Christy Doyle for organizing the enrichment program.

Have a wonderful weekend.

Sincerely,

Dave Ksanznak
