Letter from Principal Reagan, June 9

Filed in Eagle by on June 9, 2017

Dear Parents,

We had a wonderful assembly today honoring our Eagle graduating seniors.   We were so impressed with the poise, intelligence and joy the seniors shared with us today.  They were a special group back in 4th grade and they have continued that reputation throughout their BC years.  Be sure to check out our website for pictures of the assembly.

Next week is our last full week and a busy one.  We have lots of special classroom events throughout the week, our Bouncy Bounce and Bomb Pop day on Wednesday and then on Friday we have Field Day. If it rains on Friday, we will still have field day but it will be a shorter version and inside the building (think: bowling in the hallways!). The heat is also coming next week so please send your child with a water bottle to drink throughout the day.

We have many, many articles of clothing in our student lost and found.  Please feel free to stop by and find that favorite missing mitten or sweatshirt.  Also, if you have any used books we have a girl scout troop (#1334) collecting books for different organizations in need.

Next week we have our last PTO meeting. Please join us on Tuesday, June 13 at 7pm.

And, I AM VERY HAPPY to report that we have had many parents step up to take a position on the board! All of our board positions are now being filled. And therefore, our PTO and all of our PTO activities will continue for next year.

They say – It takes a village, and we have a great one.

Have a wonderful weekend,

Dianna
