IMPORTANT CALENDAR CHANGE: No Classes Monday, March 16, 2020

The situation regarding COVID-19/Coronavirus is rapidly evolving. The Bethlehem Central School District district continues to monitor all guidance from local, state and federal agencies. At this time, there are no confirmed cases of coronavirus in the school district.

To allow our faculty and staff to prepare for a possible school closure there will be NO SCHOOL FOR STUDENTS on Monday, March 16, 2020. Instead, the district will be holding its Superintendent’s Conference Day on Monday to provide faculty and staff time and preparation for alternative learning opportunities for students should a school closure become necessary. The Conference Day had originally been scheduled for Friday, March 20. This means that as of right now, Friday, Mar. 20 will be a regular school day.

No transportation for private/parochial schools. Transportation for district Special Education students in out-of-district placements will run on a normal schedule, assuming those schools are open on Monday.

By the end of today (Friday, March 13) we expect we will have more details regarding the schedule for next week. We will share that information as soon as possible.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we navigate this unprecedented situation.
