On Friday, September 20, Hamagrael Elementary School welcomed nearly 120 cyclists who were part of the 2019 Ride for Missing Children (RFMC). The Albany-area team of cyclists included Hamagrael Principal Dave Ksanznak, District Music Supervisor Dave Norman and several other staff members, parents and friends of the BC community who trained to make the 100-mile ride to raise public awareness of the plight of all missing children and the need for child safety education.

The riders were greeted by cheering students and staff from Hamagrael. Representatives from various police agencies joined the riders and led them to the front of the school where they visited with students and stopped to rehydrate and refuel before they continued their ride.

Thank you to everyone who helped provide the riders with much-needed encouragement as they helped to deliver important safety messages for students.
