Sign up now for Feb. 2022 trip to Costa Rica

Bethlehem Central High School students will have an opportunity to explore Costa Rica in February 2022 as part of a private tour led by high school staff members and EF Customized Tours. Space is limited and students/families are encouraged to sign up early to secure a spot and help ease financing.

Families of students who are currently in grades 7-8 whose students may be interested in the 2022 trip are also encouraged to fill out the permission form. Families of those students (BC Class of 2024 and Class of 2025) should contact Mr. Nick Petraccione, via email, at

This tour is specifically designed for the students of Bethlehem Central High School and will include nine nights in the following locations:

  • San José (2 nights)
  • Central Pacific Coast (2 nights)
  • Arenal region (2 nights)
  • Guanacaste (3 nights)

Sightseeing tours led by an expert local guide will include:

  • Manuel Antonio National Park
  • Rainforest Adventure Park
  • Arenal Region / Kayak Tour
  • La Fortuna Waterfall
  • Arenal Hot Springs
  • Rincon de la Vieja National Park
  • Palo Verde by Boat
  • Guided Snorkeling
  • Guanacaste / Coffee
  • Coffee Plantation

The cost is $3,370 and includes: round trip airfare; transfers to and from the airport and hotel between destination cities (as per program itinerary); overnight in hotels with private bathrooms – minimum of 3-star hotel; three meals daily; full-time services of an EF Tour Director; comfortable motor coach; all entrance fees; and EF Insurance.
