Slingerlands American Education Week, Nov. 5-9

Filed in Slingerlands by on November 2, 2018

Slingerlands will be celebrating American Education Week During the week of November 5-9.

The theme of this year’s celebration is “Students Today, Leaders Tomorrow.” We all know from research and personal experience that children are successful when the entire school community works together.  It is our goal during this week to bring together parents, teachers, school staff members, and students to continue to make Slingerlands a place full of learning and growing.

The week of November 5th is a great opportunity for you to visit your child’s classroom, participate in the Turkey Shoot (basketball event) and visit the Book Fair.

Your child’s teacher will send you information about the specific day and time that you can visit.
