I. Introduction
- Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m.
- Attendees introduced themselves
- There were no changes to the agenda
II. Announcements and Reports
- Principal’s Reports:
- Teacher assignments for 2017-18 were announced
- There are several new hires, and 2 retirees (Mrs. Fitzpatrick and Mrs. Reddy)
- Mrs. Bonacquist thanked the PTO for their support throughout the year
- The last day of school is June 21st which will be a half day
- Teacher Representatives:

- Co-President’s Report:
- Presidents Council Update
- Chromebooks are being rolled out with the intent pf 1:1 device to student. Next year, all students in grades 3-12 will have a Chromebook as follows:
- 3-5 in the classroom
- 6-8 in school
- 9-12 take home
- Elementary homework policy is being reviewed and parent involvement is starting in the fall.

- Committee Chair Openings
- Confirmed co-chair for 1000 books
- Need one for ASE
- Need Applebee’s co-chairs

- Half days will probably go back to Nov/Dec for conferences rather than January. There will still be one set of conferences.
- Survivor Day was rescheduled to next week
- Board member changes
- Katie O’Brien is stepping down from Treasurer position; Karyn Pauze is staying on for another term, and attendees voted to approve Resa Ostrander as new treasurer (Welcome Resa!)
- Brooke Donovan is stepping down from co-president position; Betsy Dana is staying on for another term, and attendees voted to approve Heather White as new co-president (Welcome back, Heather!)

- Katie shared the treasurer’s report
- The group voted on and approved the 2017-18 budget
