On Wednesday, June 11, from 6-8 p.m., Capital Region BOCES will host a Careers in Education Fair to engage, inform and inspire high school students considering a future in the field of education.
The free event, taking place at Capital Region BOCES, 900 Watervliet-Shaker Road, will offer students valuable insights into college programs, graduate schools, certification pathways, and various teaching disciplines—emphasizing education as a meaningful and rewarding career path with the power to make a lasting impact on the lives of learners.
Highlights of the evening will include a College Fair, where students can connect with representatives from local and regional SUNY and private colleges and universities to learn more about academic offerings and admissions requirements. In addition, attendees will have the opportunity to receive expert guidance on certification processes from the BOCES Regional Certification Office.
