The Bethlehem Central School District’s Operations & Maintenance Department is pleased to introduce Maintenance Direct, the department’s new web-based work order system hosted by School Dude.

None at this time.

Gmail | Sign into Gmail

On Monday, March 19, 2018, Bethlehem School District will be using Gmail and Google exclusively for its email and calendar platform. This means all username@bcsd.neric.org email addresses currently being used by Bethlehem employees will be replaced with username.bethlehemschoools.org email addresses, hosted by Google.


ServiceNow Help Desk | Click here to access the ServiceNow Help Desk System. **Please note: you do not have to log in to ServiceNow, you will automatically have access through your bethlehemschools.org account. ServiceNow will be replacing the BETS (Bethlehem Educational Technology Services) Help Desk System. See the links below for more information about how to use and access ServiceNow.

Email Correspondence

When you enter a ServiceNow ticket, you will get an email notification.  You can then respond directly to the email message and the information you put in the response will be added to the ticket and our Helpdesk Technicians will be notified.


Aspen | Sign into Aspen More information about Aspen View the BCSD Aspen Implementation Plan Bethlehem Central is now using a new Student Information System called Aspen. Please use the link above to view BCSD’s Implementation Plan for Aspen, as it will stretch out through the course of the 2014-15 school year. On this website you will also find several online resources, including reference guides, video tutorials, etc. designed to help make this transition easier for faculty and staff.

My Learning Plan/Model Schools | Login to My Learning Plan The District participates in My Learning Plan, a Capital Region BOCES Model School Professional Development Program. When you login, you can view a list of available courses and/or register for a course.


BCSD’s Google Apps Page | Login to Google Office Suite This online office suite from Google features a Web page builder, document storage, a calendar, video and more. If you do not have log-in information, contact the BC Help Desk.

PDP Professional Development Tracking | Login to PDP Premier The district uses PDP Premier for professional development tracking.


HAZCOM/”Right to Know” Online Training | Learn more & complete HAZCOM training All Bethlehem Central faculty and staff have the ability to complete their annual HAZCOM training requirement electronically. The training takes about 30 minutes and must be completed no later than Sept. 13, 2017 for the 2017-18 school year.

BOCES Sub Service | Login to the BOCES Sub Service The district coordinates its substitute teacher needs through the BOCES Substitute Services.


Naviance | In order to gain access to the new Naviance website, employees must please login to the old Naviance website at https://succeed.naviance.com/auth/signin which will then direct employees to the new Naviance website where they will be prompted to create a new User ID and Password.

Once an employee has completed the above process, they will ONLY be able to login to the new Naviance website at https://id.naviance.com/.
