Syncing our calendar with your mobile device or home computer

Apple Devices:

Click the link below on your computer, iPhone or iPad and you will have the option of syncing any or all of the events to your own calendar. If this option does not work correctly, see an alternative option below.

• District Calendar

Please note: If you subscribe to the district calendar, please be careful when setting up any notifications. If you have notifications turned on, you could receive unwanted emails, especially at the beginning of the year, when new events are added.

Alternative option for syncing our calendars to your Apple device:

Copy the URL for the Google Calendar (below under Android instructions) you want to add to your iPhone. Tap the “Settings” icon, then scroll down and select “Mail, Contacts, Calendars.” Select the “Add Subscribed Calendar” option, fill in the Google Calendar URL in the Server box and click “Next.”

Android Devices:

In order to “sync” a public calendar to an Android device, you must first sign into your corresponding Google account on your computer. After signing into the web version of Google Calendar, you can add the BC calendar to “Other Calendars” section in your own account via the “Add by URL” button (you can find the URL for our calendar below.) Once you’ve subscribed, you can then go onto your Android device and sync your “subscribed calendars” to your phone/tablet.
