Dear Grade 9 Families,
Bethlehem Central High School is excited to welcome your student to our annual Grade 9 Orientation on Tuesday, September 1, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the high school.
Transportation
If your student will be riding district transportation, please check Aspen for your designated bus stop. Bus stop information will be posted the last week in August. For this program, buses will arrive at stops 3 hours and 30 minutes later than the usual morning pick-up time. Please have your student at the stop 10 minutes early to ensure timely pick-up. Students arriving by other means should be dropped off at the Main Entrance.
Orientation Activities
- Welcome by the Principal, Assistant Principals and School Counselors
- Building tours with upperclassmen
- Introduction to clubs and extracurricular activities
- Distribution of Chromebooks, student IDs and Yondr pouches
School Supplies
There is no supply list for Grade 9. Teachers will communicate any required materials on the first day of school.
Schedule-Walking Opportunities (Optional)
Students are welcome to walk their schedule ahead of orientation:
- Monday, August 24 – 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- Monday, August 31 – 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Please have your student print their schedule at home. If printing is not possible, a copy can be provided in the Main Office.
