The Bethlehem Central School District Art Department invites its distinguished alumni to participate in the upcoming Alumni Art Exhibition, taking place in the fall of 2026. This exhibition is a showcase of the diverse creative talents of former BC students and provides a platform for community engagement and professional exposure.

Exhibition Venue and Display Space
- Artists will be assigned individual 6′ x 4′, 6′ X 6′ or 12′ X 6′ glass cases for their display.
- These secure cases are designed to accommodate both paintings (2D) and sculptures (3D).
- All works must be original, created by the submitting artist, and suitably prepared for professional installation in a student-friendly environment.
Important Dates
- Registration Deadline: August 1st REGISTER HERE
- Installation Period: August 31 – September 4, 2026
- Exhibition Runs: September 1 – October 31, 2026
- Closing Reception: Friday, November 13, 2026
Sales and Commercial Information
Artists are highly encouraged to use this exhibition to generate interest in their artwork and the artwork will be for display purposes only. Sale of artwork may not be generated through the use of school district facilities.
Submission Requirements
- To be considered, please submit an entry form including the following details:
Artist Information: Name, graduation year, program of study, and current contact information. - High-Resolution Images: Digital files (JPEG format, 300 dpi recommended) for promotional use
- Artist Statement: A brief written reflection on your work (recommended under 250 words).
Terms and Liability
- Publicity: Participation grants the venue permission to use images of your artwork for promotion in print and digital media.
- Insurance: While reasonable safety precautions are in place, the venue does not assume responsibility for loss or damage to artwork. Artists are strongly recommended to carry their own personal property insurance.
