The celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month continues at Bethlehem Central High School. On Friday, Oct. 1, dozens of students and staff wore custom-designed t-shirts to commemorate the occasion. This year’s t-shirts were designed by BCHS seniors Bella Fuierer and Maddie Brand.

From Sept. 15 through Oct. 15, the school, through the work of its World Languages Department, has been providing ways for students, teachers and community members to see, hear and experience the history, culture, and contributions of Hispanic-Americans. One of the highlights was the virtual visit from Grammy-award winner José Luis “Cheo” Pardo, who joined BCHS students on September 28 to talk about his musical life as a composer, guitarist and producer.
