The Aspen Family Portal has a new look and a new mobile app called Follett Aspen Go.
Follett Aspen Go features a refreshed look for Aspen’s web-based platform and offers a convenient mobile app for access on the go. Families will continue to have access to all the familiar Aspen features they rely on, including forms, notifications, attendance records, grades, report cards, and more, all integrated within the updated portal and app. This revamped interface will improve usability and compatibility across smartphones and tablets, ensuring a seamless experience for all users.
How to Use Aspen Go
From a web browser:
- Navigate to https://aspen.bethlehemcentral.org/
- Log in with your usual family credentials
How to Download and Set Up the Follet Aspen Go app
Download the app:
Open the app:
- From the State or Province drop-down menu, select “New York.”
- From the “District” menu, choose “Bethlehem Schools” and click “GO.”
- Enter your Family Log In and Password. These are the same as login credentials you use on the Aspen website.

Where do I find my username and password?
Use the same Family Log In ID and password you use to log in to the Aspen website. If you don’t know your Family Log in ID and/or password, email helpdesk@bethlehemschools.org. You will need to provide information to confirm your identity, such as your address and the name(s), grade(s), and school(s) of your children.
What if I don’t remember my Family Log In ID?
If you forget your login information, click “trouble logging in” and select “retrieve your Login ID.” Enter the email address linked to your Aspen account, and you will receive an email with further instructions.
What if I can’t remember my password?
If you forgot your password, click “trouble logging in” and select “Reset your password.” You will need to enter your FAMILY Log In ID and answer your security question to recover your password.
How do I change my password?
To change your password, log in and select the user icon. Then choose “Settings” from the drop-down menu and follow the steps to change your password.
Who can access Aspen?
Aspen is a secure online system for schools and districts. It manages student data, including attendance, grades, and schedules. Parents and guardians of K-12 students can see their child’s information, like contact details and report cards. Students in grades 6-12 also have their own accounts to view their information.
I can’t view something on the Follett Aspen Go app; what do I do?
The Aspen Go app is meant for quick, easy access to key student information, while the Aspen website remains the comprehensive platform for all features, tools, and detailed records. If there’s something you can’t see in the app, select “View Full Site” to launch the full Aspen website.
