Congratulations to Melanie Painter on a much-deserved award from the NYS Art Teachers Association.
There will be no school for students on Friday, Oct. 6 (Superintendent’s Conference Day). Offices will be open. On Monday, Oct. 9, both schools and offices will be closed (Indigenous Peoples/Columbus Day). Classes for students K-12 will resume on Tuesday, Oct. 10.
Due to an equipment issue, this afternoon’s network shutdown has been postponed. The upgrades will be rescheduled to a future date.

Hamagrael Elementary School went into a brief lockout (not a lockdown) this afternoon after the school was notified by the Bethlehem Police Department that officers were looking for an individual in the neighborhood surrounding the school who may have posed a safety threat to others.
