There is a change in the time when backpacks will be available for pick-up at the high school. Congratulations to Bethlehem Central High School student Romeo Vashishth who has been named WMHT-FM Classical Student of the Month. Vashishth, a ninth-grader at the high school, is featured in a WMHT interview and video performance of “Violin Concerto” by Antonín Dvořák. We highly recommend taking a listen. It is an absolute treat.

Andrew Baker, the longtime supervisor of the Bethlehem Central School District’s English Language Arts (ELA) department, is expected to be named principal of Slingerlands Elementary School. Baker will succeed Heidi Bonacquist as principal. Bonacquist is retiring in June. Slingerlands Elementary School is one of five K-5 schools in the BC school district. It has a …
