At its March 17 meeting, the BC Board of Education approved an updated version of the 2020-21 Districtwide School Safety that includes a Pandemic Continuity of Operations Plan. The plan has been developed to meet the requirements of subsection (2)(m) of Education Law §2801-a which requires public employers to prepare a plan for the continuation of operations in the event that the Governor declares a public health emergency involving a communicable disease.
