Pursuant to the Smart Schools Bond Act (SSBA) of 2014, the Bethlehem Central School District will hold a public hearing on the District’s proposed Smart Schools Bond Act Preliminary Investment Plan before submitting to the NYS Education Department’s (NYSED) approval to receive allocations on a reimbursement basis.
The District’s proposed plan is available here and community members are welcome to submit comments on the proposed plan via e-mail to the District Clerk at bbarrett@bethlehemschools.org. The Board of Education will hold a public hearing at Bethlehem Central High School, located at 700 Delaware Avenue, Delmar, New York 12054 on the 6th day of May, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
