2026-27 UPK Lottery Application and Registration Information

The Bethlehem Central School District plans to partner with TSL Adventures to provide a universal pre-kindergarten (UPK) program for up to 105 four-year-olds during the 2026-27 school year.

UPK is a free program open to district families with children who will be four years old by Dec. 1, 2026 (children born between Dec. 2, 2021 and Dec. 1, 2022).

The UPK program provided by TSL Adventures will be located at their existing location at 339 Delaware Avenue, Delmar, NY 12054, and at a new TSL location planned for 333 Delaware Avenue in Delmar.

Application deadline is May 1 at 3 p.m.

Eligible families can apply now through Friday, May 1 at 3 p.m. to be included in the 2026-27 UPK lottery. Families will use the district’s Aspen Parent Portal to complete the application materials (see Aspen information below).

All UPK openings will be filled through a lottery process. Selection will be random.  The lottery will be held on Wednesday, May 13. All eligible students who have applications that have been fully completed and submitted by the May 1 application deadline will be part of the lottery. The total number of available spots will be determined through the application, lottery and enrollment process. All applicants will be notified of their lottery position by email and regular mail.

Children who are not placed in the program initially will be placed on a waiting list and families will be contacted if space becomes available throughout the year.
