There will be no school for students on Friday, Oct. 6 (Superintendent’s Conference Day). Offices will be open. On Monday, Oct. 9, both schools and offices will be closed (Indigenous Peoples/Columbus Day). Classes for students K-12 will resume on Tuesday, Oct. 10.

There will be no in-district free meal program this summer now that COVID waivers from the federal government have expired. The school meal program waivers from the USDA allowed BCSD to provide an onsite summer meals program during the height of the pandemic.
