How to update your child’s contact information

Family Change of Address or New Contact Information

From time to time, families will move within the district, or contact information may change. If your address changes or you need to update a phone number or email, please contact District Registrar Melissa Haas by email at with the following information:

  1. Student name
  2. Old address, email or phone 
  3. New address*, email or phone

*Please note that you will need to include proof of residency when making a request to change your address.

All requests for updates to student information in Aspen (home phone, cell phone, email) must be sent directly to Melissa Haas by email at
